Nice boat pose, Alex! Are you doing that by yourself, or are the girls holding you up? :-) What videos do you typically use for your yoga practice? I happen to like Rodney Yee and Shiva Rea...although my interest has piqued with ashtanga yoga. Any recommnedations?
